This is a really great book about Visual Studio , by far the best on the market; I know because I also bought the other two books available in December It has whole chapters on unit testing, documentation, templates, setup for various application types and database types, plus much more.

It is an amazing book. At over pages with smaller type, you probably won\’t read straight through but pick the pieces you really want. Highly recommended, must have book. Start by sitting down with it at your computer to set up Visual Studio to best meet your needs.
